In the room, your practitioner reads what your body is asking for. What it is holding. Where the system is out of balance. What it is responding to. Chinese medicine informs much of that reading. The forms of care your practitioner draws on come from both Chinese medicine and Western therapeutic traditions.

At HAVEN, auriculotherapy is used regularly for reproductive health, pain, and allergic response. It can appear within broader sessions, on its own, and through two specific treatments: ear seeds for nervous system support between sessions, and SAAT for alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).

Therapeutic massage is hands-on care for the places your body has been holding something.

The first thing most people notice is the room. The light is soothing. The temperature is comfortable. The table heat adjusts to your preference and the sheets are soft. There are supportive pillows, an eye pillow handmade from raw silk and lavender, and during an acupuncture treatment, a wireless doorbell beside you, so you are never out of reach of your practitioner while you rest.
The essential oils are organic. The materials are chosen to feel soft and comforting. Every decision about how care is delivered was made with you in mind.
At HAVEN, our goal is for you to be fully supported, whether all of your care happens at HAVEN or with additional outside providers.
